SHAM SAHADEO

Senior Member of Chamber

Mr. Sahadeo is a Senior Member of  Leo Animi Law Chambers.

 

Mr. Sahadeo previously worked with the Firm of Girwar and Deonarine in both the Conveyancing Department and in the Litigation Departments; hand in hand with the respective Senior Partners. Mr. Sahadeo has a wealth of practical experience in the manufacturing sector, the service industry and in the Public Service where he was an Examiner with the Registration Recognition and Certification Board.

 

As an Examiner, he was responsible for processing Trade Union Recognition issues, variation of bargaining units, agency shop orders and preferential ballots. From his tenure as an Examiner, Mr. Sahadeo has a sound working knowledge of Industrial Relations issues.

 

In 2006, Mr. Sahadeo completed his Diploma in Environmental Management Studies and as a member of the management committee of the Caribbean Forest Conservation Association he also possesses a sound background in environmental management issues.

 

Between 2006 and 2009, Mr. Sahadeo pursued his LLB Degree and post graduate Legal Practice Diploma and was enrolled to the Bar in 2010.

Through a diverse academic, career and recreational background, Mr. Sahadeo possesses a wealth of knowledge and work experiences in human resource management, trade union issues, civil, employment and environmental law matters.

2009    LPC (Hons.)_ Staffordshire University

2010    Enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law in Trinidad and Tobago.
