    Arbitral:

  • Chairman of the Arbitration Panel appointed by the         Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago to adjudicate on the Dispute between Digicel (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited (Digicel) and Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (TSTT) relating to Rates for Interconnection.

 

    Public Enquiries:

  • Lead Counsel to the Commission of Inquiry into the Events Surrounding the Attempted Coup in 1990.
